Billing for Mental Health Practices
Let me take billing off your plate. You get to see your clients, do the hard emotional work, and the money will show up in your bank account. All you do is add me to your existing EHR* account, and I'll keep the claims going to insurance and payments heading to your bank. If something gets stuck, I'll be the one contacting insurance to deal with it and get you paid. I can even help you with credentialing if you aren't currently paneled with insurance companies but would like to be. Your clients will get clear statements and bills and can contact me directly with any questions.

I will:
Pricing: 5% of amount collected (with $450/month minimum)
- Submit claims to insurance
- Follow up on any rejected claims
- Match EOBs/ERAs with patient statements
- Collect co-pays/co-insurance/deductibles
- Send superbills as needed
- Answer patients' billing questions
- Send out Good Faith Estimates
- Communicate with your clients about their insurance benefits
Pricing: 5% of amount collected (with $450/month minimum)
